We want you to love your Glossier routine, but if something isn't working out, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label directly from the portal.
Pack It Up
Safely place your items in the original pink pouch or any secure mailing box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Send It Back
Drop your package off at any USPS location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
